Registration officially opens July 13th, 2025.
*register by December 31st, 2025, to enter into a drawing for a Daylily Collection valued at $500.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
Everyone who has registered was sent a thank-you confirmation email from the Registrar on 12/22/25.
If you received that email, you are currently registered.

CURRENT NUMBERS
• 368 people are officially registered
• We know there are additional individuals who have hotel reservations but have NOT yet registered – please register ASAP for your convention ticket. And if you have a ticket but have not secured accommodations please see the “Where To Stay” page for hotel updates.

***IMPORTANT: AT CHECKOUT – PLEASE INCLUDE A NOTE WITH THE NAMES OF EACH INDIVIDUAL ATTENDEE, ANY DIETARY PREFERANCES, & YOUR REGION BEFORE COMPLETING CHECKOUT – THERE IS A SECTION THAT SAYS: *ADD NOTE* CHECK THAT BOX AND LEAVE DETAILS.***

Full registration includes:

  • Two full days of Garden tours.
  • Breakfast & lunch on Friday/Saturday.
  • Dinner on Thursday evening.
  • Banquets on Friday & Saturday evenings.
  • A registration plant & bus plant.
  • Free Judges Educational Clinics; 3 exhibitions & 3 gardens to choose from! Make sure to visit the Clinic Registration Page and add all classes you wish to attend to your cart before checkout!

Pricing & Refund Policies:

  • Best pricing if registered by March 20th, 2026: Adult ($345), Youth ($250).
  • Price increase to $395 on March 21st, 2026.
  • Final Registration Deadline is April 15th, 2026.
  • Full refund if cancelled by March 20th, 2026.
  • 50% refund if cancelled between March 21st & April 15th, 2026.
  • No refunds will be issued after April 15th, 2026 @ 11pm EST.
  • Seat swaps are allowed; notify the registrar ASAP.

  • Dietary restrictions will be accommodated for as best as possible; please email ads2026con@gmail.com after checkout.
